Once an appointment is booked-you'll be expected to be there. There is a 24 hr cancellation policy. NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELS WILL BE CHARGED! VOUCHERS WILL BE REDEEMED! You can also purchase a customizable gift certificate through our mobile booking app above. You may choose to email or print your gift card. You can only purchase gift certificates for a dollar amount, so you may want to consider NY service tax (4.5%) and tip.
